The Beginning

I first came into contact with hypnotherapy when I was looking for anxiety support for my children. When nothing else seemed to help - hypnotherapy seemed like a miracle. The process in many ways is  so straight forward, and learning about how the brain works made everything click into place.

I trained in order to help my family and friends and have seen so many positive changes in them and myself since it all began. As I get closer to gaining my qualification I look forward to helping more people.
